Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Due to legal regulations regarding swimwear and under garments, items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturer's defect. It any case, please e-mail our customer service department at info@asmartass.com for a return authorization number, and a replacement will be shipped to you within 2 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.

Normally our orders are shipped within 48 hours. Extra Large Sizes not indicated Instock may take a little longer. If there is something you would like, a paticular product, a size you do not see in stock, or a custom order swimsuit in Bikini cut or Brazilian cut from the styles you see, just send us a quick e-mail and let us know. We'll get back to you and tell you if we can order it, and give you a price.
Products are shipped in unmarked packages. asmartass will not appear on the envelope or boxes.
Shipping costs are very expensive these days, and we do not try to make money on shipping. We choose Canadapost so that our customers can take advantage of their reliable service and reasonable prices. Asmartass.com can not be held responsible for damaged or undelivered shipments. Please ensure your mailing address is correct. Costs are as follows:
Within Canada $3.00 + $1.00 per item.
To the USA $5.00 + $1.00 per item.
International $10.00 + $1.00 per item.
Items shipped to addresses in Ontario, Canada will be charged an additional 8% Retail Sales Tax.
Orders to the USA are tax exempt for clothing valued less than $300.00.
